We understand that Sellers hire us to net the most money possible for their home and we work very hard to do just that. We work every day to keep current on the real estate market in general and the trends that may affect it.
We’ve been Realtors for a long time (Emily got her license in 1980) and we have good relationships with other agents. They like to work with us because they know that we do our job and proceed through a smooth escrow.
We pride ourselves on our communication with our Sellers. We follow up with all agents who show their home and report back to them as often as it is shown. We return phone calls or emails promptly! We encourage our Sellers to contact us with any question or concern they may have because they have hired us to take as much stress off them as possible.
We preview homes for sale several times a week so that we know what our Seller’s competition is and what homes the buyers have to chose from. We analyze the sales as they occur in the Multiple Listing Service so that we can correctly position our Seller’s home in the market.
We place our listings in both the Ventura County Data Share (which includes the Conejo Simi Moorpark Association of Realtors and Ventura County Coastal Associations of Realtors) and the Southland Regional Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Services. This allows our Sellers’ listing to be seen by agents from Ventura County through Los Angeles and Orange County.
We are detail oriented and take the Sellers through escrow with as few problems as possible. Emily has been involved with the sale of almost a thousand homes and Jessica worked in a real estate law firm for two years while attending Pepperdine University so we understand the process. We’re not practicing on our Sellers!
We do all of the work ourselves! We do not hand our Sellers off to assistants. They communicate directly with us and handle all of the paperwork and inspections.
We have many Sellers that have bought and or sold multiple homes with us. There is no greater compliment than to have a repeat client or one that refers us to their family members or friends. This is our ultimate goal! We don’t take our clients for granted and we do the little things that show them that we truly care about them. That’s why our business is nearly 100% from clients with whom we’ve worked and their referrals.
